Make sure that you ask for the "Bats Day in the Fun Park" rate or Group Code :BAT. The dates that these rooms are good for are Friday November 7th, Saturday, November 8th and Sunday, November 9th 2008. Space is limited.

If you need a room reservation the day before or day after the block that is set up let the hotel know and they should be able to accomate you at the Bats Day rate as well.
