*IMPORTANT: To ensure your smooth entry into the Bats Day Happy Haunts Swinging Wake, a disguise is REQUIRED. All manner of spirit forms are encouraged to attend, from those seen in Disney's Haunted Mansion attraction or film, to a ghost pirate right out of the Spanish Main, a steam-driven deceased inventor to those in monster form or even those who have freshly departed. The only limit is your imagination.
Just remember: Tonight the veil is thin, and the ghosts expect to see everyone dressed to kill! No costume, no entry! Mortals wishing to enter the party, but arriving without a disguise may purchase one of a limited number of "Emergency Wraith Disguise Kits." However, guests are strongly urged to come prepared.
Don't forget your death certificate!
Terms and conditions
This event is NOT held at Disneyland. Purchasing a ticket to this event DOES NOT give you entrance to Disneyland. Appropriate attire only -- this is a costumed gala for the afterlife. Those mortals wishing to "cross over" must disguise themselves to gain entrance. Please see the "About" section for details.
All tickets are limited based on availability.
Hotel events are all ages. Attendees under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Children 6 and under free admission to the Bats Day Dark Park, must be accompanied by a parent
A ticket must be purchased to be eligible to receive the keepsake gift.
All ticket packages will be on sale until April 21th, 2017 or until sold out.
*Money Orders must be received by April 15th, 2017
Please make sure that you get the final total before sending your money order. Bats Day in the Fun Park, LLC does not accept personal checks.
Once your payment is received, you will be sent a conformation of payment email. If you have any questions, please email to email@example.com. Bats Day in the Fun Park, LLC is not responsible for lost or misdirected email. Bats Day in the Fun Park, LLC shall not be held responsible for and attendee misunderstanding or misinterpretation of this application.
Money Orders must be received by the last date of the ticket package to be eligible for that ticket package. Credit card (Squareup.com) payments must be received by the last date of the ticket package to be eligible for that ticket package. Bats Day in the Fun Park, LLC is not responsible for the viability of the Squareup.com processes services.
Registrations for tickets and events are not finalized until complete payment is received.
By purchasing a ticket package to the Bats Day hotel events, you agree to the following. Photography is allowed at the Bats Day hotel events for your own personal use. Photos that are taken are non transferable to other online or media sources. Photography for any kind of Media, Journalism, or Mass Communications use, is prohibited at the Bats Day Hotel events, without the express written approval of Bats Day in the Fun Park LLC. Permission and a Press Badge are required for all photojournalism or video recording for use for public promotions or news related articles. Bats Day in the Fun Park, LLC retains the rights to confiscate equipment (which shall be returned at the conclusion of the events or at the departure of the owner of the equipment) and prohibit photography from unauthorized media entities at any time. Bats Day in the Fun Park, LLC retains the right to copy and destroy any unauthorized images on any confiscated equipment.
All Sales are final. Ticket packages are transferable to another party by request. Ticket transfers must be made in writing and emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org. The person whom originally purchased and paid for the ticket package must make all refund requests. Refund requests must include the name of the attendee and their email address that was listed on the attendee order form. Transfers of ticket packages must be made in advance and all information regarding new attendee must be communicated to Bats Day in the Fun Park, LLC. A written confirmation will be sent to the original ticket holder and copied to new attendee. Without this confirmation the transfer cannot be assumed to be processed prior to the event. Ticket transfers cannot be made 7 days before the event.
Bats Day in the Fun Park, LLC reserves the right to cancel any event. Should we cancel; registrants will receive a full refund. We also reserve the right to substitute event entertainment. If you are unable to attend any of the events and have not cancelled in advance, your payment will not be refunded. It is agreed between Bats Day in the Fun Park, LLC and the attendee of the Bats Day in the Fun Park pre events that all claims for injury or loss arising incident to presence on the event's property shall be litigated in Van Nuys, California. Bats Day in the Fun Park, LLC reserves the right to revoke attendee's ticket package at any time for any reason.
Bats Day in the Fun Park, LLC retains the right to make adjustments to these terms and services at any point.
This is an all ages event.
