Memorabilia - All sales are final.
Shirts/Clothing - All sales are final unless wrong size. Items that have been used by the customer or items that have been damaged by use, (IE: stretched out), cannot be returned to us. Bats Day in the Fun Park, LLC will inspect the return item. If item is the wrong size, the item must be returned for an exchange within 20 days of purchase. The returned item can only be exchanged for the same item, but in a different size. If item is out of stock and we are not able to exchange the item, we will refund the price of the item or put the price towards the cost of another clothing item. Item must not be worn and be able to be resold.
Pre-Order LTD Shirts: - All sales are final. Due to the nature of these items no refunds can be issued. This item is created for each order that is made. This item is a one time printed item.
Shipping and Handling will not be refunded. It is the customer’s responsibility to ship the item back to Bats Day in the Fun Park, LLC.
If customer is mailing an exchanged item to be exchanged again, it is the customer's responsibility to ship the exchange items back to Bats Day in the Fun Park, LLC and it will be the responsibility for the customer to pay for new shipping for the new item to get to the customer.

REFUNDS VIA CREDIT CARD ORDERS
Due to our new online payment system, Square, we are not able to issue partial refunds back to your credit card. Square does not give us that option like our last payment system. If your order requires a partial refund, we will send you a refund check. We are sorry for this inconvenience.
Shipping is done once a week on Friday. All orders must be made by Wednesday of the week to make it in the Friday Shipping. If an order is made after Wednesday the order will go out the following week, provided the item(s) are in stock.
If customer is returning an item, please email us. Once we receive your email, we will research the situation. Please wait for an email on instructions on returning item(s), after contacting Bats Day in the Fun Park, LLC. Bats Day in the Fun Park must have the original item before we can send out the replacement item or issue a refund. Bats Day in the Fun Park is not responsible for failure of the return process on the customer's end.
The base shipping price for all orders are $5.50. Each item has an additional shipping charge that will be added to the base shipping price.
What this means is that, no matter how many items you purchase, the shipping starts at $5.50. Then you add all of the additional charges for each item to your total shipping.
